Refunds Policy
We will accept returns for any reason, and a store credit will be issued. This store credit will be valid for 90 days, after which it will expire (which can only be used at our online store) You must return your item within fourteen (14) days of receiving it, and it must be returned to us in a brand new, with tags condition. It must not be worn, washed, or have the tags removed to be eligible for store credit. In some countries, we may provide a free-post address to send back your return to - otherwise, this is at your cost. We are obligated by law to offer you a refund, or store-credit for faulty items. This is the only instance where you can receive a refund. Faulty items must be sent back to Oraas, and we will approve the fault before issuing a credit or refund. You will be refunded via the payment method which you used to pay us. If you suspect you have a faulty item, or wish to return an item, you may do so. Sizing Chart |
